In mid October, Printed Matter Vancouver publishers and Poetry Moves jurors Christopher Luna and Toni Partington announced winners for Season 3 of Poetry Moves. The program is sponsored by Printed Matter Vancouver, Clark County Poet Laureate Christopher Luna, Arts of Clark County, and C-Tran. The new batch of poems will appear in all C-Tran buses from January through June 2017.
This season’s winners are poets Cherish DesRochers-Vafeados, Bruce Hall, Bill Lucking, Livia Montana, Gwendolyn Morgan, Angeline Nguyen, Bridget Nutting, Jennifer Pratt-Walter, Alex Vigue, and Desiree Wright.
Sadly, Bridget Nutting passed away before she could learn that her poem had been chosen. Printed Matter Vancouver dedicates Season 3 of Poetry Moves to her memory.

Christopher is the first poet laureate for Clark County The Clark County Arts Commission recently extended his term for the third time. He will remain in the position through the end of 2019.
